Made in Australia
A small, passionate team manufactures Envee foams right here in Australia. Every unit sold contributes to developing more plant-based foams and applications.
Because good furniture is good all the way through.
Use them with intent
Indoor
Of course!
Outdoor – yes, with care
With a little understanding and care, our amazing customers have been using Envee beans in outdoor bean bags for many years.
All you need to remember is that Envee beans love shade. For example, outdoor in the shade on a 45°C day = no problem at all! If they get wet, no problem either.
Being plant-based, they just don't love the high heat that can occur inside a bean bag cover left in the direct sun. If using in the sun, bring your bean bag back into the shade after you have finished sitting in it.
For applications where you need or want to leave your bean bags out in the direct sun for extended periods unattended, we recommend checking out our White or Black bean products.

Pools – yes, with care
Envee beans have been used in indoor and outdoor pools in Australia for many years. They have no problem getting wet or with the common chemicals used in the water.
For outdoor pool use, please read the outdoor notes above for guidance.
For all cases, do not dry Envee beans in the direct sun, which may lead to excessive heat.

We care about the details too
Ordering & selecting litres
Always select the total quantity of beans you need using the dropdown menu at the top of the page. If you have two bean bags needing 250L each then order 500L. Both will arrive identically and 500L is cheaper than 2 x 250L!
Packaging & sizes
We package our beans carefully to avoid spills during transit. All our packaging is paper-based, made from renewable resources and plastic-free. Please reuse it wherever you can or dispose of it responsibly in your kerbside recycling bin.
We offer our beans in multiples of 100 litre bags and 50 litre bags, so that you can fill your bean bag perfectly. If your bag maker recommends 250 litres, we wanted you to be able to match it exactly without any waste.
Delivery & dispatch
We dispatch orders every weekday. Weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched on the next business day.
9 in every 10 of our customers get free delivery. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 7 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order leaves.
Due to size, all beans are delivered with an automatic Authority to Leave (ATL) at your delivery address. For the same reason, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Need other options? Please just contact us before ordering!
Safety & care
At Fill Co, we take the safety of our products seriously. One example is our innovative paper packaging system designed specifically to reduce punctures, spills into the environment and make opening more purposeful.
In Australia, bean bags have the following mandatory warning label:
WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not let children climb inside this bean bag. A bean bag is not a safe sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months of age.
You will also notice that bean bag covers in Australia have a safety zipper with the zip tag removed so that a tool is required to open them.
If, for some reason, your cover does not have a safety zipper with the tag removed, we recommend taking immediate action to ensure children are not able to open the cover.
